Ceramics, known as "difficult-to-machine materials," can be ground but are difficult to process with electrical discharge machining... However, At Fuji Dice, we can process ceramics into a wide variety of shapes thanks to our "near-net sintering" of ceramics and our "high grinding processing technology" cultivated with various carbide molds! Additionally... We can incorporate ceramics into steel materials in parts (such as heat-treated and cooled components)!
